90 YEARS OF WALT DISNEY

 Walt Disney & Mickey Mouse

The Walt Disney Company was founded on 16 October 1923 by Walt Disney and his brother Roy. Walt signed a deal to produce a series of cartoons called the Alice Comedies, it wasn't until 1928 that the first Mickey Mouse cartoon was released entitled Steamboat Willie.

My first outing to the Cinema was to see the Jungle book circa 1967  


Walt, left, and his brother Roy, right, stand with Mickey Mouse, celebrating Walt's first Academy Award in 1932. He would receive a record-breaking 22 Oscars in his lifetime.  


 Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs is the first full-length Disney animation
