CHRISTMAS COOKIE COCKTAIL


What you need
  • 2 ginger biscuits, crushed
  • 60ml peppermint schnapps
  • 30ml KahlĂșa®
  • 90ml Baileys®
  • 60ml Amarula
  • Ice cubes
What you do
  1. Place two martini glasses into the fridge, chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Place the crushed ginger biscuits onto a saucer. Pour a small amount of cold water onto a separate saucer. To decorate the chilled glasses, dip the rims into the water, then into the biscuit crumbs.
  3. Place the peppermint schnapps, KahlĂșa, Baileys and Amarula into a cocktail shaker. Top up with ice cubes, shake well and strain into the glasses.
