STRICTLY

Fern Britton and Artem Chigvintsev (© BBC Pictures)
The Strictly Come Dancing 2012 line-up has treated viewers to some memorable moments, and this week didn't disappoint thanks to some flesh on display. Judges Craig Revel Horwood, Len Goodman, Darcey Bussell and Bruno Tonioli were on great form.

Fern and Artem’s paso doble was to Espana Cani by Pascual Marquina Narro. But the former This Morning star was definitely upstaged by her dancing partner’s well-sculpted torso. Seriously, how Fern concentrated on her dancing is beyond me. It was one of the moments of the night.

“Artem – it’s like looking in a mirror!” Len quipped. About the dance itself, he said: “This fizzed, but it never exploded, and that’s the bottom line.”

Bruno said: “For a moment, I thought I started to see the fire, but then with him, it’s not difficult!”

As for Craig? “I was slightly distracted by Artem’s charms...” he started, but never really finished his critique as Bruce teased him into being flustered. Yes, Craig was rendered speechless by Artem’s torso. Fern (remember her?) scored 24 points.

CHRISTMAS WINDOWS

The best dressed Christmas windosw in town at Harrods, depicted a homage to Disney Princesses, Cindella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Mulan et al has brought a magical touch to the streets of Knightbridge for the run up to the festive season.

THE PARADE

Tiny tots with their eyes all aglow gathered to watch the Harrod's Christmas Parade, and it didn't disappoint.  Hula Hoopers', Stilt Walkers, Giant bubbles and Disney Princesses in horse drawn carriages, a marching brass band and snow provided by the famous store, signalled that the count down to Christmas has just begun.

TAYLOR SWIFT WEARS JENNY PACKHAM

Taylor Swift showed she’s not just the darling of music at last night’s Country Music Awards, she also proved her power as a key fashion player as she walked the red carpet in a stunning dress by the Duchess of Cambridge's favourite designer Jenny Packham.

The gorgeous gown featured a sheer nude fabric embellished with red sequined flowers. And the Country star cover star stuck to the theme wearing a hot red shade on her lips and nails.
