SPECTACLES

 Struggling to find glasses she liked to help with her short sightedness and with her accessories proving a hit with critics and the public, designing frames seem to be the next step for Victoria Beckham, who is now collaborating with vintage sunglass designers Cutler & Goss to design prescription glasses

The VB glasses collection will consist of six pieces in three colourways with an overall palette of black, Tortoiseshell, jewel tones, yellow and forest green.  Touches of sepia staining and pearl oyster.

Handcrafted in Italy, metal and acetate frames will cover feminine styles and metal aviators, there will also be Unisex designs.

The optical frames are due out in the UK in the early part of next year.  No stockists have been confirmed yet, but lets hope they make their way to Specsavers.

Marvin Humes of JLS and Rochelle Wiseman tied the knot last Friday, whilst the bride looked beautiful in Vera Wang as you would expect. What is Marvin wearing, he looks like a waiter in that white dinner jacket.

Guys when you are getting married choose wisely, the bride has gone to a lot of trouble to look good for you, you should at least do the same.

Although a life long Athletics fan it was disapointing after many attempts not to be able to secure a ticket for London 2012, true Athletics fans have been let down by Locog.  I have always dreamt that one day the Olympics would come to London.

My disappointment was soon abated as I proudly watched on tv as team GB collected a haul of gold medals.
