The September Fashion Showcase returns to Oxford Street with 75 twelve foot high fashion flags spanning 1.5 miles of Oxford Street featuring catwalk looks from House of Holland, Mary Katrantzou, Topshop Unique and Vivienne Westwood. The showcase runs from 12-19 September and celebrates fashion in the capital with household names including Selfridges, Topshop, River Island, House of Fraser, Miss Selfridge and Gap offering shoppers an array of one-off experiences and in-depth insights into the world of fashion. The stores are hosting more than 25 educational ‘style seminars’, chaired by recognised fashion authorities alongside experts from behind the scenes.
Famous Face: Jasmine Guiness
Jasmine Guinness, model and designer, has worked with brands such as Burberry, Paul Smith, APC, Joseph and was the face of Guinness for their 250th anniversary. She has worked with photographers such as Mario Testino, David Lachapelle, Bruce Webber, Tim Walker and Patrick Demarchelier to name a few. Jasmine is a talented designer; in 2001 she co-founded Clothesline with Jade Parfitt and Zita Lloyd to help AIDS and HIV orphans in Sub Saharan Africa. Jasmine designed women’s wear successfully for Littlewoods and has more design projects in the pipeline for 2014.

Neil Hendy has true high-street pedigree with over 25 years experience in the British fashion industry with stints at River Island, Debenhams, Miss Selfridge, culminating in a Head of Women’s wear design at Marks and Spencer where he oversaw a team of 40 designers. During this period he has collaborated with celebrities and designers alike including Twiggy, Zandra Rhodes, Jasper Conran and has also worked closely with the British Fashion Council to promote young talent. Recently appointed as Coast Creative director, Hendy now uses his vast experience to oversee all of Coast’s creative output, including marketing, VM and design
