SNOWBALL

What you need

• Zest and juice of 1 lime
• 3 tsp caster sugar
• 2 small eggs
• 100ml Scotch whisky
• Lemonade, chilled, to top up the glasses

What you do

1. In a small bowl, mix together the lime zest, juice and sugar – set aside for 30 minutes before using.
2. Place the eggs, whisky and lime mixture into a cocktail shaker and shake well.
3. Strain into tall glasses and top up with lemonade
