HAIR & MAKEUP SPRING/SUMMER 2018

PARIS FASHION WEEK CATWALK HIGHLIGHTS

Christian Dior
Spidery lashes and kohl-lined eyes were the focus of the beauty look by Peter Philips at Dior

Saint Laurent
Anthony Turner styled most of the models' hair in knots at the nape of the neck, whilst others wore their hair loose.

Maison Martin Margiela
At Maison Martin Margiela, Pat McGrath gave skin a luminous glow and painted lips an ultra-matt pink.

Lanvin
Hair, by Tomohiro Ohashi, was a low, sleek ponytail wrapped with a silk Lanvin scarf

Dries Van Noten
Other models wore the crystals across their bottom lip, along their parting or in a vertical line on their mouths.

Rochas
Lucia Pieroni created a fresh-faced look with a graphic black liner look at Rochas

Balmain
Hair, by Sam McKnight, was worn in gentle waves, parted low on one side.

Isabel Marant
Classic, laid-back beauty was the order of the day at Isabel Marant, with healthy-looking skin the focus of the make-up by Lisa Butler.

Issey Miyake
Hair - by James Pecis for L'Oréal Paris - was natural in texture, with longer-haired models having it swept back into an intricate chignon

Yohji Yamamoto
For the beauty, hand-painted face tattoos took the focus from otherwise natural-looking make-up.

Undercover
In keeping with the show's Fifties theme, hair was set in big rolls on top of the head.

LADY GARDEN

Everyone from Cara and Poppy Delevingne, to Naomi Campbell and Charlotte Tilbury have designed their own Lady Garden t-shirts in aid of Gynaecological cancer.
Naomi Campbell Lady Garden

Building on last year's majorly successful celebrity campaign, 'The Lady Garden' gang is back for 2017 with a collection of personalised t-shirts being sold in aid of Gynaecological cancer.

Where last year's campaign featured the likes of Margot Robbie, Alexa Chung and Britney Spears, this year's group of influential women include the entire Delevingne trio (Cara, Poppy and Chloe), make-up legend Charlotte Tilbury and the iconic 90s supermodel Naomi Campbell.

Raising money and awareness for Gynaecological cancer and its symptoms, each celebrity has embraced the tongue-in-cheek Lady Garden ideology and personalised a classic white t-shirt with their own playful design created by Black Score designer, Simeon Farrar.

Cara Delevingne Lady Garden

Speaking on her involvement with the campaign, Cara Delevingne said, 'There's a taboo surrounding vaginas that I want to get rid of….it shouldn't have to be so serious. It can be fun and easy to talk about. It should be.'
Nailed it.

Each Lady Garden t-shirt will be available to buy in-store at Selfridges and online from 5th October.
