Organised by children's retailer alexandalexa.com, the showcase will feature two key shows - a press-only event highlighting the autumn/winter 2013-14 trends from leading labels such as Paul Smith Junior and Little Marc Jacobs; and a show for the public, as AlexandAlexa unveil spring/summer 2013 looks from its portfolio of brands.
"Kids' fashion is playful, fun and innovative - we all believe it deserves its own dedicated platform. This is why we are so proud to be supporting the very first Global Kids' Fashion Week," said Alex Theophanous, founder and CEO of alexandalexa.com. "With this event, we aim to put children's fashion on the map worldwide."
The schedule will showcase a mixture of established brands, from Junior Gaultier and Tommy Hilfiger, and lesser-known names - such as Rachel Riley and Munster Kids. More labels are expected to be confirmed later this month.
