INES DE LA FRESSANGE for UNIQLO
The Ines de la Fressange Collection brings together Ines’ belief in designing clothes that all women can wear with comfort to reveal their beauty, and the UNIQLO LifeWear philosophy of clothing innovative, high-quality clothing that is universal in design and comfort.
Both philosophies have been expertly integrated by Design Director Naoki Takizawa in the new collection. The 2017 Fall/Winter collection is the eighth season of the collaboration, and includes a men’s line for the first time.
The inspiration for this season’s collection is the Danish concept of “hygge”, a focus of worldwide attention recently that means “warmth,” “a comfortable atmosphere and space,” or “a feeling of well-being”. Based on hygge, the collection aims to help create heart-warming, happy moments with the most important people in our lives. The addition of a men’s line makes for a collection of items that can be enjoyed in a range of everyday settings with family, close friends and loved ones.
