Carnaby 20% Shopping Party
On Thursday 22 November, 5 – 9pm, take advantage of 20% discount in over 100 shops, restaurants and bars at the Carnaby 20% Shopping Party with Grazia magazine including global flagships, independent boutiques, pop-ups and galleries. You can take a look at the Rolling Stones designed Christmas decorations as well as enjoying live music, DJs, a beauty bar at Youtube's new fashion channel FASHTAG, trend talks by Grazia's editor-at-large Angela Buttolph, an Instagram photoshoot and Rock chick makeovers by Illamasqua. Dr. Martens will be launching their flagship store with live music and free customisation and Bitter Sweet will be hosting a pop up bar in Kingly Court, serving complimentary signature cocktails with Beefeater Gin.
WHATS GOING ON
Dr Martens will open their flagship store with a live band, drinks and complimentary customisation. Youtube’s new fashion channel FASHTAG will launch their new Ganton Street studio on the night and invite shoppers to drop by for the chance to feature in their shows. They will also be running a live beauty bar where you can learn to recreate the latest looks and trends. Head to the Book Exchange in Kingly Court to hear AW12 trend talks from Grazia magazines editor-at-large Angela Buttolph.
Vote for your favourite runway look at Cheap Monday to win a complete A/W 12 outfit. Monki will be giving away free Monki bags, magazines and temporary tattoos. Lomography launches their new exhibition with 100’s of signed editions, prints and original artworks and Upper Playground will have a signing and window installation by Alt model Ellis Cooper as well as a live DJ Set and Skull Candy Headphones competition. Pretty Green will have a live set from Andy Lewis.
Shopping night Style Spotters will be out on the hunt for the coolest Carnaby customers to appear in an Instagram shoot with a free Illamasqua rock chic makeover and Carnaby styling session. There will be goodie bags at Luke, Joy Everley Fine Jewellers will have charm bracelet and necklace styling, Puma has DJ’s and Pixi will be giving free make up sessions at Gola Classics.

In the Newburgh Quarter Movember pop up barber shop will have a live DJ, comic performances and a Barbershop Quartet. Evisu will be collaborating with Threads to create an instore styling event and if your styled outfit is most 'liked' on Facebook you could win the whole look. Fourth and Main will have live music outside on Newburgh Street and will have an in-store tailor taking measurements for alterations and bespoke suits.
