DOWNTON ABBEY

 
The nations favourite costume drama of the moment Downton Abbey has really captured the imagination of its audience.  After an episode of Downton 1920's luxury lingerie brand Lucile reported an unprecedented surge in the increase of sales after a mention on the programme.  Website traffic also increased by 62%. 

 

The lingerie brand has only recently been revived by the great great grand-daughter of the brands original creator Lady Duff Gordon, the it girl of La Belle Epoque.
